About Alanood
Alanood is an Emirati lawyer and an accredited mediator fom the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Her main focus areas include banking and finance litigation and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts related disputes. Her previous experience was focused on a range of disputes across various divisions of the DIFC Courts ranging from the Small Claims Tribunal, Enforcement procedures, non-Muslims Wills and Probate Registry, and the Court of First Instance.
Her area of expetise included case management, legal drafting and mediation, whilst her focus was aimed at the procedural rules that have been adopted from the English Common Law and implemented within the DIFC. Alanood is also qualified to appear and plead before the onshore Courts.
