Anastasia Konovalova is a corporate, M&A and commercial lawyer with over 5 years of experience in both private practice and in-house roles.
Prior to joining Habib Al Mulla and Partners Corporate team, she gained experience in Moscow office of Debevoise & Plimpton advising major international and local companies on a broad range of Corporate, M&A, Capital Markets and Real Estate matters. Her subsequent in-house experience includes counsel roles with UAE-based entities of EuroChem group and a private oil trading company with a focus on complex corporate, restructuring, commercial and DR matters.
