About Dimitriy
Dimitriy is an experienced disputes lawyer, specializing in commercial arbitration and cross-border litigation. Over the past 8 years (6 of which were focused on commercial dispute resolution), he has worked on a wide range of contentious matters across Russia, Cyprus, and the UAE.
His experience includes handling general corporate and commercial disputes, as well as complex and evidence-heavy construction and IT arbitrations under the SCC, LCIA, ICC, HKIAC, and DIAC arbitration rules.
Dimitriy has also represented clients in proceedings before the DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts. His expertise extends to the enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards in the onshore courts of the UAE, securing interim relief, and defending white-collar criminal proceedings.
