Hossam has established himself as a leading Counsel in high-stakes construction disputes and international arbitration. He excels in strategic case management, consistently achieving successful outcomes in complex multi-billion-dirham claims while effectively addressing critical challenges such as concurrent delay claims, variation claims, and employers’ rights to impose liquidated damages. His impressive 90% success rate in proceedings has resulted in a substantial 75% reduction in client liability.
In collaboration with the Arbitration Department, Hossam provides expert guidance on intricate cases governed by leading institutional arbitration rules, particularly under DIAC and ADCCAC, in both Arabic and English.
