Kholoud’s main focus areas include commercial litigation and arbitration. Her practice experience is focused on a range of commercial disputes across various sectors including insurance, aviation, employment, tax, commercial and family group companies, construction and oil and gas. She handles local litigation in the UAE and arbitration cases governed by the rules of CRCICA, the ICC and DIAC.

Her area of expertise also covers complex white collar crimes and public international law with a strong cross-border emphasis.
