Wagdy is a dual-qualified litigator registered in Egypt and UAE, with strong experience in handling different types of disputes involving both government and private entities. Wagdy graduated from Alexandria University and holds an LL.M.
In Public Law. He began his career as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and later served as an Associate Member of the Egyptian State Council (Egyptian Administrative Court), where he advised on complex, high-value disputes related to public-private partnerships, expropriation, and regulatory decisions.
Now based in Dubai, Wagdy advises on local UAE litigation, bringing practical solutions, strong regional insight, and a commercially focused approach to complex disputes.
