About Siddhant

Siddhant Sharma is Counsel at Habib Al Mulla and Partners, based in Dubai. He is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, India. He advises multinational companies on cross-border disputes, including global asset recovery and cross-border enforcement of UAE judgments and decrees, force majeure, and white-collar crime, as well as corporate and commercial advisory.

He brings a strong academic background together with extensive practical experience in courtroom strategy and corporate advisory. Before joining the firm, Siddhant completed a judicial clerkship at the Supreme Court of India. He also worked with two of India’s leading law firms, advising clients on contentious matters at the pre-litigation and pre-arbitration stages and contributing to courtroom strategy and preparation before various courts and tribunals. He further strengthened his practice by assisting the Additional Solicitor General before the Supreme Court, building a solid foundation in high-stakes dispute resolution and legal strategy.
