Siddharth Jain is a Senior Tax Manager at Habib Al Mulla & Partners, with11 years of experience in tax advisory, policy, and dispute resolution across the UAE and India. He specializes in advising clients on the interpretation and application of the UAE Corporate Tax regime, including complex corporate structures, group arrangements, transactions, compliance matters, and OECD Pillar Two considerations.

During his tenure at the Federal Tax Authority, Siddharth played an active role in the design and implementation of the UAE Corporate Tax regime, contributing to legislative drafting, tax policy development, the preparation of public guidance and technical guides, private clarifications, and international tax initiatives. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the policy objectives, interpretative approach, and administration of the UAE Corporate Tax framework.

Previously, Siddharth worked with Grant Thornton UAE and KPMG in India, gaining extensive experience in international taxation, corporate tax, cross-border structuring, M&A tax, tax due diligence, transfer pricing, tax controversy, and regulatory compliance. He has advised multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals across India, UAE, and the wider GCC on complex domestic and cross-border tax matters, while leading large-scale UAE Corporate Tax implementation projects and managing client portfolios.
