About Gerry

Gerry focuses on corporate and commercial matters and has over 15 years of experience in the UAE. He has expertise and experience in particular sectors, including oil and gas, energy and real estate. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Gerry worked for ten years as a chartered chemical engineer in the downstream sector of the oil and gas industry.

He advises on a wide range of corporate aspects, including structuring of entry into the UAE, funds, acquisitions, and other regulatory matters.
