About Dr. Kamel

Kamel focuses on commercial, financial, and tax disputes, with over 17 years of experience in the Region. He has extensive practical expertise, particularly in TMT, Merger and Acquisitions, and Tax litigation.

Kamel has successfully represented many international clients in litigation matters, as well as companies and high-networth individuals in local and cross-border disputes across the MENA region. Kamel has handled numerous commercial and finance arbitration disputes according to several jurisdictions Including Egypt, Libya, Kuwait, Iraq, UAE, and KSA.
