About Dr. Ezzat

Dr. Ezzat has over 33 years of experience in the Middle East, 15 of which were in the UAE, He has extensive practical expertise in civil and commercial litigation across a variety of sectors and areas of law including real estate, Commercial Agencies, construction, Electromechanical, banking, corporate and commercial finance. He has extensive practical expertise in criminal cases.

He has a deep understanding of arbitration procedures and the enforcement of arbitral awards within the UAE courts. Ezzat has advised on many high-profile litigation cases in the UAE at both the Federal and Emirate levels.

Ezzat handles construction, electromechanical contracting, engineering, labour, real estate, and banking disputes, and handles criminal cases while also advising clients on insurance litigation including professional negligence, construction of all risk and coverage disputes, specialising in mega infrastructure projects Ezzat has a commercial focus and is particularly adept at partnering with his clients and understanding their business.
