About Helena

Helena Alkassar is a solicitor in England and Wales. She trained at Taylor Rose in London and is currently an associate at Habib Al Mulla & Partners, where she supports the corporate team with a focus on corporate and commercial matters.

Her education concentrated on International Financial Law and Corporate Law, and she graduated Law with honours. At Habib Al Mulla, Helena assists with structuring entry into the UAE, funds, acquisitions, venture capital and other regulatory matters. She conducts legal due diligence, drafts transactional documents, and supports senior lawyers in complex matters, working within both local and international legal frameworks. Her fluency in English and Arabic, combined with proficiency in legal software, enhances her contributions.
