About Abdulla
Abdulla Khaled is Counsel and Head of the Real Estate practice at Habib Al Mulla and Partners. He is a seasoned UAE-based real estate lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising leading developers, investors, funds, and family offices on complex real estate transactions, development projects, and asset management matters across the UAE.
Abdulla has extensive experience across the full lifecycle of real estate projects, including land acquisition, project structuring, developer and project registration, construction and development documentation, strata and owners’ association matters, commercial and residential leasing, hospitality developments, and real estate-related dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Abdulla held a senior in house legal role at a publicly listed master developer, where he advised on large-scale residential, commercial, retail, and branded residence developments, working closely with government authorities and internal stakeholders. He previously practiced with leading international and regional law firms in Dubai, building a strong reputation for pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.
Abdulla is bilingual in Arabic and English and is admitted to practice before the Bahrain Courts.
