About Anastasia
Anastasia is a Corporate, M&A and Commercial lawyer with over six years of cross-border experience gained in a US law firm, as well as in family office and in-house structures.
She advises multinational companies and high-net-worth individuals on sophisticated transactions across a range of sectors, including energy and natural resources, banking and fintech, IT, commercial real estate, metals and mining, commodities trading and retail.
Anastasia advises on corporate structuring and restructuring, M&A transactions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, and private equity investments. She also has experience in secured financing transactions and capital markets matters, including IPO-related work. Anastasia’s practice further includes negotiating commercial contracts and advising on onshore and offshore business set-up.
