Danila is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate team with over six years of broader legal experience across corporate, regulatory and cross-border matters. Having trained at Baker McKenzie, he focuses on investments, corporate structuring, strategic transactions and the regulatory aspects of cross-border business. His experience includes supporting clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations, market entry and the structuring and implementation of UAE-based and cross-border investment, holding and operating platforms. He has also worked on multi-jurisdictional regulatory and sanctions projects, and advises on trade, customs and related compliance issues, particularly where these arise in the context of international investments, commodities flows, supply chains and wider business operations. Danila has worked across a range of sectors, including energy and natural resources, oil and gas, metals and mining, commodities trading, infrastructure and industrial projects, real estate, virtual assets, technology, and private wealth, family office and founder-led investment structures.
