About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Administrator to join our Information Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the firm’s Microsoft 365 environment, endpoint management infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, and core IT systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to support users across the firm while maintaining the highest standards of security, reliability, and operational efficiency.

The IT Administrator will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the firm’s IT infrastructure, systems, and security environment. The role involves administering Microsoft 365 services, managing user accounts and devices, supporting cybersecurity initiatives, maintaining server and network infrastructure, and assisting with automation and process improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless technology operations and an excellent user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services and related technologies
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and identity services through Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Support endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Monitor and maintain cybersecurity controls, including MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and email security solutions
  • Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and virtualization platforms
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including automation of provisioning and access management tasks
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system improvements, and technology projects
  • Provide timely and professional support to users across the firm

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender/li>
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows 11, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, DLP, Insider Risk, email security, and anti-phishing controls
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Hyper-V or VMware environments
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, DNS records, and SSL certificates
  • Exposure to Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco technologies is preferred
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Power Automate, and basic SQL is preferred
