Mohamed Salama is a seasoned disputes counsel with over two decades of legal experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, construction and infrastructure disputes, bankruptcy, and corporate advisory.
Mohamed has been practising in the United Arab Emirates since 2011 and has built a strong track record advising multinational corporations, government-related entities, and prominent regional businesses in high-value disputes before UAE courts, judicial committees, and expert panels.
Mohamed has acted on a wide range of complex and multi-jurisdictional matters involving international audit and accounting firms, major construction and infrastructure projects, banking institutions, energy companies, and regulatory authorities.
