About Waleed

Waleed Nabil Ali was an Associate in the Complex Litigation and Corporate departments at OGH (Cairo Office) Law Firm. He advised and represented multinational corporations and regional clients in high-value disputes, regulatory matters, and investment arbitration, with a focus on corporate governance, competition law, telecommunications law, and commercial litigation.

Waleed’s practice encompasses cross-border corporate transactions, due diligence, commercial litigation, and investment arbitration proceedings. He has significant experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory investigations, as well as advising on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, and sanctions-related matters before regional and international authorities.

Before assuming his current role, Waleed served as a Associate at OGH (Cairo Office) Law Firm and was seconded to Mercedes-Benz Egypt, where he advised on corporate governance and daily operational matters. His earlier experience at Adsero–Ragy Soliman & Partners strengthened his expertise in dispute resolution, telecommunications, and construction arbitration.
